Please read and be aware of the following guidelines and expectations for participants in the guild.






Safe Space Policy

The Guild of St. George, Northern Chapter is committed to providing a safe, productive environment in which all individuals are treated with respect and dignity. No person should be required to endure sexual harassment or interact in a hostile environment as a condition of participation. All participants must treat each other with courtesy, consideration, respect, and professionalism. The Guild of St. George is equally committed to preventing sexual harassment and unprofessional conduct towards persons outside of the guild membership by participants of the guild during any Guild-related activities wherever located.

All participants, regardless of their position, are expected to comply with this policy, and to take appropriate measures to ensure that prohibited conduct does not occur. The Guild of St. George, Northern Chapter is committed to making every reasonable effort to provide its participants with good working conditions, fair treatment and personal respect. That is why we encourage immediate reporting of harassment and pledge to investigate, address and resolve it. Every participant of the Guild should feel free to speak freely with their directors or guild staff to raise issues and get answers.

The Guild of St. George, Inc. is committed to fostering, cultivating and preserving a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.

  • All members and guests of the Guild of St. George, Inc. have a responsibility to treat others with dignity and respect at all times. All are expected to exhibit conduct that reflects inclusion during rehearsal, performance as well as at all other guild-sponsored and participative events.

  • Inappropriate conduct or behavior against others will not be tolerated.

  • Guild members who believe they have been subjected to any kind of discrimination that conflicts with the Guild of St. George’s diversity policy and initiatives should seek assistance from the Guildmaster or someone on the Management Team.
